Totem is committed to life long learning and development of its employees. Therefore, we are proud to offer a $1000 Scholastic Grant to eligible employees planning to return to school in the fall.

 

U of Tu of t training program

As part of our commitment to new and existing staff, two University locations have been dedicated to full-time training. Program durations can vary from one day to one week and cover excellent hands-on examples and practical guidelines in all aspects of customer service and home renovation.

 

AGPAGP Recognition program

Customers, employees, and management staff can all reward a job well done using the Acknowlege-Guide-Provide Program. This nomination-based points system allows staff to cash in points for merchandise. Points accumulations can also earn you a seat at the annual gala.
