Scholastic Grants

Totem is committed to life long learning and development of its employees. Therefore, we are proud to offer a $1000 Scholastic Grant to eligible employees planning to return to school in the fall.

To be eligible, you must return to school in the fall and meet the following criteria ...

Work full-time (minimum 32 hours a week) from May 1st to August 31st
Have 100% attendance
No more than one unexcused late per month
Work the shifts assigned
Complete required training assignments
Attend staff meetings appropriate to your position
Must abide and follow Totem's Policies and Procedures.

If deemed eligible, a cheque for $1000 will be made out to the accredited institution of your choice to be used for tuition, books, etc.
